Personally I have an active lifestyle. I work fulltime and I love having a busy social life. People sometimes ask how I have the energy to cook when I get home, I guess for me it's a form of relaxation. Some people love to run marathons; I cook. But one thing I do find holding me back, is that after a long work day, my brain stops functioning and I simply can't remember one single thing to make for dinner. So her I'm creating my monthly "check list" of things yet to make. It's good to set goals, reminders, and write ideas down.
